Hectic you,hectic me aha!

I’m singing Abba’s ‘knowing you, knowing me’ right now and I can’t think of the right title of this post so this should work for the meantime.I hope, lol. So, howdy everyone? As you probably didn’t know, I’ve spent the last two weeks taking care of my poor sick kutos.Nothing serious but it was too stressful weeks for me so I’ve decided to downsizing my hectic sched by welcoming IWS(Internet Withdrawal Syndrome) to my life a bit, hehe Didn’t you know that there is something deeply satisfying about  having IWS? huh?really?how? you ask?Just turn off your> puter  and get some fresh air and you’ll know what I mean!lol Well okay, so it wasn’t  a real IWS but I was simply way too busy and didn’t get a bit of my time to be online.

My non-blogging husband is probably the most supportive husband on earth but he’s not-so silly enough  to tell me this,go ahead dear!you go and blog dear and I’ll take care of everything for you dear! I thought getting a husband like that would be just perfect and was supposed to make my blogging life so lovely.Tsk tsk Wrong! Totally wrong ! Sino may asawang ganyan at ipagpapatayo ko sya ng monumento!lol

I am maybe running round like a headless chicken, having an endless list of household chores, taking care of three active kutos err, babies and  holding down a huge spring cleaning at this time.I’m so glad to say that I have a darling husband who’s willing to help me on the side so I get the time to do my thing (jogging, biking, shopping etc.) to keep me afloat.Blogging not included ofcourse!lol Unfortunately?

The sun is smiling finally!

If it’s stinks,then it’s tuyo!

Talking about the foot smelling dried (tuyo) fish.My lovely pinay friend brought some yesterday.Let me reiterate the word ‘lovely’ there because the fishes she brought yesterday weren’t only dried but already fried.Lovely friend indeed hehe

husband: bwah! it’s stinks here!did you have tuyo today? bwah!
me: I already fried coffee, lit scented candles, boiled oranges and you’re still smelling it?
husband: ofcourse,no matter what you do,it’s still stinky!it’s tuyo! we’ll have a stinky house for a week! bwah!
me: ey! you’re exaggerating!this smell will go after a day or two!
husband: that’s what you think! at least 4 days til one week!hmmpt!
me: it’s ok! you’re only suffering once in a blue moon besides,I’m not frying tuyo while ironing your shirt hehehe
husband: yeaah, yeaah once in a blue moon! I believe every word you said! yeah yeah

husband:Aha!no wonder, trains are always delayed because B is frying tuyo in her backyard hahaha

Today,

Feeling a little hungry,(me thought)it’s close to noon anyway! I headed down to our little kitchen.I checked out the contents of our fridge uhmm, those green stuff (olives and salad) and feta cheese looks good.At this point, I would usually have little bit of this and little bit of that which usually giving me lots of healthy stuff (kuno) but today I decided to go back to the old time habit.A huge plate of rice with variety of tuyo.Ermmm?? :D

That pretty much sums up my first ever attempt at achieving to one of my new year’s resolution which is low carb diet.Surprise!surprise!failed..hahaha laughing at myself tsk! Well, actually I’m being a bit hard on me and tuyo!ain’t I? dried fish probably stinks but it’s definitely not fat eh? palusot? hehe

I’m wondering, how do some people make it through their life without a sibling? boring…I supposed.

Facebook Etiquette

It must have been three years ago when I first received an invitation to a networking site called ‘friendster’.I was(still am actually, lol) at that time busy blogging which meant more than anything to me and simply ignored all the said invites.I’d intended it to be a reaction against the time consuming phenomenon that implied blogging was not one of them, errr lol, that being a blogger was cutier and believing that if you don’t have a blog, your life will become so meaningless hahaha But seriously,I refused to join because (the clueless me) thought -friendster is a networking site for teenies or for young internet junkies (that was my impression at least) after been noticing high school students cousins of mine in PI were mostly crazy about it.

Nearly two weeks ago, a friend mentioned to me about why most bloggers are lousy blogging in the past months.Blame it to networking sites like plurk, twitter and facebook.Facebook? yeah, there are similarities between friendster but a lot better, friend said.Another distraction? oh no,it is so chicken simple, I grant you!all you have to do is book and give a smile on your face then wuff wuff de huff you are done!Nah,this isn’t what she said.Erase! erase! hehe. It’s simple,it won’t take mins. to register, just check what’s inside. That’s exactly she’s said.

So I did and I’m ofcourse feeling uneasy not stuffing my profile with my face, lol so that is where it starts.During the course of exploring this networking site.I’ve found quite a lot of familiar faces, friends from good old days both online and offline.I’ve actually been so ecstatic of finding people I know and adding people that I like.I’m flattered that some people have added me to their list

Emergency Call

Fed up with being single, a woman from Schwelm in the Ruhr Valley dialled emergency services in a bid to meet a policeman. Some people will do anything to get a date. In the space of an hour, one lonely 44-year-old woman repeatedly called the police to report an emergency: She needed a man.

She’d been single long enough, she said, and felt the answer was to take the law into her own hands, as it were. While she admitted that she’d had a few drinks, she was quite to the point. She wanted an officer who might be of assistance — and she’d keep on calling until her dream came true. She got to meet a policeman soon enough. After her 13th call, a patrol van rolled up outside her house to investigate.

By then, the lovesick caller had sobered up and was quick to apologize. She even promised to drop off a cake at the precinct the next day.
